I took the test oh about 5 weeks ago at an awful testing center. Office 2003 was not installed correctly on the computer. Sound files were missing, files that you had to go find were missing, the people at the testing center walked and talked in the room that I was taking the test in it was just awful awful. The computer had to be restarted about 3 times. So of course I failed I coundn't think in that place. Certport is giving me another chance to take it in the next 30 days. The test was pretty simple I thought I was surprised that I did fail after all that. I think maybe I didn't use the menus to get my answers and that took me down along with the computer problems at the center. Has anyone else taking the exam?

Hi

I took the exam about 5 weeks ago also.

I thought it was straight forward, nothing to try and cath you out. I passed but I thought I had done a lot better, but a pass is a pass (by about 150 points).

Good luck, just keep calm and you'll be ok.

I am sitting the Word 2003 Expert in 2 weeks time, anyone else done this one??

Regards

Paul

I took it today, after taking Word Expert. Actually did worse on Powerpoint (844) than Word (860). That said, both tests follow the objectives on Microsoft's page very well.

I am not sure how they group objectives during the tests, but I did think I did better on the parts than they reported but on the whole I was happy.

I will take Outlook XP (since 2003 is not available) next week. Planning on month end June completing Excel.

My problem is that I know the applications just not the formalities of the applications.....

Good luck. Look at MS objectives on their learning page. You will do fine.

To tell the truth there, I am not sure that my test included anchors.... I will give that some thought.

you know there are multiple tests.

Did you feel like you got stuck on anything? I feel like I know every question except the anchor and still didn't pass!
