| Please respond with your exam scores for the following tests:
Word XP (Expert)
Excel XP (Expert)
PowerPt XP
Outlook XP
Access XP
Please rate which test was the hardest, when you took the exam, what you would do different.

| MS Outlook was the most difficult but I found Excel Expert to be the easiest. Finished 20 min before time and got 95% | |

| Easiest? Outlook, there isn’t anything to it!
Hardest, Excel.
Use the CD Available on certiport.com with the practice exams. Once I went through the cd and was able to pass the demos with 100’s I flew through the real exams with no difficulty, although I do know office extremely well.… | |

| I found Outlook very tricky. The questions were phrased to trick you. Do you have any tips on the Access exam? Am writing them on Mon? |
