Get a new blank document.

Select Insert, File on the menu bar.

Locate the file and click Insert.

repeat for other files into the same new document.

Hi Sammy

Berg891382 is correct in what he is saying about inserting files, which will be fine is the files you are inserting are not going to be changed at any time.

You can also set the document up as a Master document which means that if you change the original files the master document will change also.

To do this you must be in Outline View (View, Outline)

Then from outline view you can create a new blank document and add any other files you wish.

To add the other files you must add them as sub documents. You will see a new toolbar when you navigate to Outline View. Locate the Insert Sub Document Icon

Use the Insert Sub Document Icon to add each file required to the new document. Save the file as normal. If you modify any of the origninal files then the Master document will be updated also.

Try it out
