| Anyone have any advice or anything for these tests? I'm taking them tomorrow and I'm a bit worried about passing them. I've passed Word and Excel easily, but I feel like I haven't prepared enough for these tests. Thanks. | |

| Oultook can be tricky as there are a few multiple choice questions on there. When I took it last year that is.
PowerPoint is no problem.

| I passed both tests. I got an 868/1000 out of a required 720 for PowerPoint and a 900/1000 out of a required 710 for Outlook. I thought the PowerPoint one was a little tricky, but you could figure it out just clicking around. The Outlook test was very easy; however, I had a problem with two things. One was viewing e-mails from just one certain person(I tried View>By Sender and trying to Filter it - neither worked) - they also wanted you to save the results. The other, if I remember correctly, was something about linking a contact to another contact. What does this mean?
If it's ok, I can post a list of what I remember was on the test.
