Help required in Excel 2002

I just can't seem to understand GOAL SEEK in excel 2002. If someone knows about some good tutorials on the web regarding this topic or some book that I can refer to, please do let me know. I am planning on giving my MOS expert exam next week.
I just gave a search in yahoo & whatever results showed up, did go through them, but it has not helped me much in understanding it.
