| when I attempt to print a plain text message with a word doc as an attatchment
the attactment is moved to the beginning of the body text and deletes the 1st couple of characters. what do i do to prevent this please? | |

The attachment is moved to the beginning of the body text because you certainly use a RTF format to edit your messages. If you want to avoid that, edit your messages in HTML or raw text format.
Do the following :
Action -> New message ->HTML or Raw.
You also can make changes in the tools options if you want to edit all your new messages in a particular format.
Secondly, the first characters are not deleted, the are only hidden. It has no impact on your doc file.
