| hello again
i was thinking of also going for a Mous Certification:
What is a MOUS Certification exactly , what topics would i need to master?

| Well, the first place I would go is www.mous.net.
This is microsoft's official website on the MOS program, and will tell you everything you need to know about the MOS program. It used to be called MOUS until a fairly recent name change.
Then I would decide what certifications I want to get - Core or Expert.
Then, establish what application you are strongest in, like Excel, then start studying using the MOS objectives at www.mous.net.
Locate a testing center, and then write the test.
I have heard that USA Computer Stores are a popular facility for administering exams.

| In addition, here are some quick facts:
1. All tests are hands on. (Outlook has some multiple choice)
2. All tests are timed
3. You can take any test in any order. For example, you don't have to take Excel core before you take Expert.
4.Passing just one exam establishes you as a Microsoft Office Specialist in that particular application.
5. Exam prices vary but here in FL, they are about $75.
6. You get your exam results immediately upon completing the exam.
