Hi, I am a MOS Master Instrutor and I have noticed that many posts on here complain of how the questions are not fair. Well, I have to say "STOP the COMPLAINING." These tests are designed to test more than just office knowledge. They test knowledge, comprehension, timing, and attention to detail. What are you gonna do when you are working at a company and they want you to perform MS Office tasks that were not covered on the exam. Are you gonna say "uh, its not fair for my job to ask me to do tasks that were not on the certification exam" MS Office is a humongous program and these certificiation exams only scratch the surface.

I do agree with you, because if you really want to be a Microsoft Office specialist, you must study more than what is asked for exams.
For example, Access exam is really basic compared with what is really possible to do with this software.
I could say the same thing for Word and Excel Expert tests to a certain extend.
That's why, most of the time, when someone fail to an exam, knowledge is not the issue.
