| When I print from Word I have strange spacing between letters and characters but it's fine on the screen. It doesn't matter what printer I send it to. Please help, and ideas. | |

| You most likely have a printer driver issue. View the document in Print Preview. If it has the extra spacing in Print Preview, then it is a printer driver issue. Even if it is the proper driver, uninstall it then reinstall it. Also make sure the printer specified on the computer is the physical printer attached to the computer.

| Cheers for that but I managed to solve it. The problem was she was printing to a Laserjet 4050 PCL 5, if the print was sent to the same model printer but a PCL 6 driver it worked. Reinstalled to printer on the Server with PCL6 drivers, now prints no problems. Thanks. |
