| Greetings!
I was the MOUS Test Administrator in Lakeland, FL.
The testing software for Outlook is very touchy.
Outlook is a very individual software application. Not like Word where anyone sits down and starts typing. There is a lot of configuration settings in the background and if one setting is wrong, then the exam won't run properly.
The testing center can run practice exams to make sure it runs properly and they should test it frequently.
Your best bet is to ask the testing center what kind of problems they have using Outlook. If you don't feel you get a straight answer, ask people who have taken Outlook specifically from that testing center.
Other than that, you will have to be vigilant when taking the exam.
When taking Outlook, make sure ALL, REPEAT ALL hard drive activity has stopped before clicking the NEXT button. This will help somewhat.
