Today I opened up Outlook to send a few emails, as soon as I hit the send button, an undeliverable message appears in my Inbox instantly. I went to the email account options to test the settings and all the tests passed successfully. I have 3 accounts set up in outlook and all are the same. I can recieve messages but they fail instantly when I try to send or reply.

Anyone?? Thanks

Have a similar situation from one of my email friends. Everythime she sends me an email I have to open and send a new one because I can not respond to hers because her address is incorrect. Attmept typing in the email address you wish to send and see if this works. You may have corrupt on invalid info in you address book. Good Luck

Does this account exist on an Exchange server? You maybe experience size limit restrictions. Try deleting/archiving your sent, deleted and other personal folders. You can save all these emails on your Local Hard drive, vice the Exchange server.

Other than this. I would make PST files for all the accounts and just try recreating them. If that works then you can import your PST and you will have all your saved emails and address book.

what is the content of the undeliverable message? No mailbox exists? Over quota? The message should give you clues as to what the issue is.
