MOS XP Master Certification

| Hi - to everyone - my name is Wayne and I am a new forum member. My goal is to pass all five (5) MOS XP certification exams and earn Microsoft's MOS XP Master Certification proficiency. I have a good on-the-job application and training experience. However, several of my associates have told me that Microsoft exam questions are often unfair, generally poorly designed, confusing, complex, and does not represent the real world application user. Therefore, to improve my chances of passing each exam, the first time, I am searching for an adaptive test preparation engine that will accurately cover Microsoft’s official MOS XP exam objectives/sub objectives and simulate Microsoft - actual exam type question - design structure, content, and difficulty. I am currently using MeasureUp and Kaplanit SelfTest test engines but my friends tell that these resources do not accurately simulate Microsoft official exam question design, content, or complexity. Does anyone know where I might find such a resource? In addition, does anyone know a resource for MOS XP discounted exam vouchers - $80 per exam is a lot of money for me?
I am currently preparing for the Excel MOS XP Expert certification and welcome any forum postings or email suggestions and/or comments from recently MOS XP certified test takers, Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT’s), or any other interested party.
Thank you in advance for your people person action - Wayne | |

| Hi minombrees:
I have not taken any of the XP exams, but the 2000 exams seemed fair to me. The trick is to read each question very carefully and know what is expected of you. The exams are hands-on, so you will work in a live version of Microsoft Office.
I used Certiports MOS Prep CD. It didn't cost very much and the environment was very realistic. Unfortunately, there is only a few correct ways to solve problems on the prep CD. On the real exam, Microsoft scores the result rather than the means.
Good luck on your MOS exams. |
