| could you please tell me how to add an Archive folder on microsoft outlook under Folder List as the view menu don't have this option. I suspect that this has something to do with MS Exchange server settings but I could be wrong. I just want to view my archived email. Thank you. | |

| Archive folders usually have a .PST extension.
Select File, Open, Personal Folder File on the menu bar.
Navigate to the directory storing the .PST file, and open it.
It should put the folder in your folder list.
