| Finally got MOUS Master after taking Outlook 2000. Lots of questions on appointments meetings etc. Be aware of the multi-choice questions, threw me at first, they ask questions which you never think about when using Outlook. For example, how many items can you sort notes on? 2 -3 on True/False situations- contacts can be assigned categories more than once in different groups etc. as best I can remember.
One meeting to be arranged I coudln't find one of the attendee's in the contact book, obviously a mistake in the software has anyone else had a similar experience?
Anyway its done now, thanks to hard work and help from Pitman and this site.

| I am planning on taking my first MOUS expert exam in Word. I am planning to work towards my master.
Have you found any sites that ask problem questions instead of multiple choice?

| sorry I took so long, been away. I did my training through Pitman (UK) I haven't found any sites with free questions as the questions are 'doing' not just choosing an answer. There are commercial CDs which you will find from microsoft.com/mous I have seen some and they are good. |
