To the best of my knowledge, there is no real "braindump" for any of the MOUS exams, since they are interactive and not multiple choice (with the exception of Outlook which has some multiple choice questions.) With MOUS tests, either you know how to complete the task or you don't. I would recommend checking out www.msofficetraining.com and practicing the tasks outlined there.
