Outlook MOUS mystery solved

| Well, today I finally found out why I kept getting 30% on my callender, 33% on my appointments...etc. I took it twice and failed...but on my third attempt I passed. I found out that the reason I kept getting low scores was because the "Reminder" check box is set to be enabled by Outlook by default. So everytime it asked me to make an appointment, I would get the question wrong because I didn't even notice the reminder option was checked. This time, I got a 938 on my test. I believe that other areas also evolve around the apointment questions so that must've been why I kept getting low scores until today. Least I finally got Master certified hehe

| Congratulation on passing. I am working on the MOUS cert and would like to know what you studied for the outlook part of the test. | |

| Check this website out....go through every single subject until you grasp a clear understanding of how everything works...no matter how long it takes!

Only problems I think you will run into are the multiple choice questions, I can still clearly remember them since I've taken it so many times lol Here are some of the questions:
1) Can you change the view of the calender to view an entire year?
2) How many different way to modify the look of your inbox?
3) What will happen if you try to sort a letter in multiple categories?
4) If you sort notes(or it might have been tasks), how does it sort it by? Exm. Icon, Name, etc.
5) What does autopreview do?
MY suggestion is focus on the appointments, and MAKE SURE YOUR REMINDER CHECK BOX IS UNCHECKED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED!. I can guarantee you'll fail if you have it checked on all of your appointments. E-Mail me for anymore questions you might have...
