Am sitting the five expert exams in two weeks and I am going in blind. I am not too worried about most of them but Access is getting me down has anyone done the exam who could advise me the objectives for the exam are pretty vague

Just know Access in general. Know how to create tables, queries, forms, reports, etc. Know relationships, modifying objects, importing and exporting data, compacting, it's all really pretty easy. Got a 987 on it

Yeap! It is pretty easy.
Never worry about that.

I got highest mark amongst other MOUS exam.
If you have used Access before, you definitely can get over 900.

So you don't need to know VBA and how to do subqueries and all that jazz?

I found access pretty easy but i was slow on the time just had a minute to spare, but it was my first exam in 5 yrs.

learn your wizards, creating/editing tables & forms, creating reports etc..

I did not come accross any tasks about macros which I thought it would have covered.

Good luck in your exams.

Hi Mary lou

Why are you writing all the exams that fast? I most certainly don't want to make you hesitate, seems a lot of people are writing them very quickly and having great success! I wrote Word first, then Outlook and Power Point. Perhaps start with these easy ones, then go to the hard ones. That is what I am doing.

Good Luck!

Thanxs Rob & Jacquive

Am still trying to work out which are the hard ones looked through archives and saw alot about outlook being tricky and was also wondering about data analysis in Excel how far into it does it go?

Jacquive - work requirements mean I have to do them in a week or wait til next year (pain I know)

Any input would be great
