a)If you want to pass the exam and also improve on your knowledge of the product and skill sets, refer the Excel 2000 Exam Prep Book by Corlios which comes with a CD and a good practical approach to learning.
b)Suppose you just have no time and want to pass, just get two Smartforce CDs Intermediate and Advanced Excel and run through them a few times. You will get what you need to pass from the exam.
