Hi, all. I'm at the moment going through the process of restudying for my Outlook exam so I can take it again and hopefully this time pass. I was trying to recall some of the questions I know I probably missed, and in the process I remembered one which I couldn't find the answer to in any of Outlook's help files or any books/sources I read. It was about dividing Inbox and the maximum number of dividing lines you can use. The options were one, two, three, and four. I think I put two because I was thinking one pane previews, one lists the e-mails, and one provides options to organize e-mail. I don't know if I got this right, though, and I can't find any info on it, so I'd appreciate any help that anyone can give me.

Thanks in advance.

Also, I was wondering... for those of you who have retaken the exam, do they give you the same exam or are all the questions chosen at random and you get different questions each time?

Thanks again.
