MOUS Says TS on my test.

| They didn't care that the center has had issues with bad tests in the past. They didn't care that the test froze 4 times. They didn't care that it had technical difficulties that caused a 35 min delay in me even taking the test.
No more MOUS exams for me! I can tell you this...in Oklahoma they are starting to not have employees take the test because of the problems .

| I hope you have taken this issue up with the testing centre.
When I sat some exams recently, there were difficulties . I contacted the appropriate head office and was given credits (free exams) for each delay.
If you're late for your exam you forfeit your fee - the same (should) happens if they are late with providing their service.
It worked for me.
Don't get mad, get even.

| The testing center says sorry..nothing we can do about it.
It is a total ripoff in my oppinion.

| IF you are confident of your position, you will be able to get a satisfactory resolution to this.
The testing centre does answer to a greater controlling body. You concerns should be clearly documented and sent to the parent body (and CC to training centre).
If the training centre wants to keep its licence - it will comply with any reasonable request.
This is business - if they have not provided the service in the manner it is designed, you are entitled to compensation.
You MUST be clear of your position though. |
