| i need help with a problem i'm having in word. someone send me an email with an attachment that i downloaded. but when i tried to opened it i couldn't. it was a zip file extension .zip how can i open it help! | |

Do you have winzip or another zip utility? If not, go to www.downloads.com, and there should be a copy of it on the home page for download.
It is shareware, but you get to try a 30 day evaluation before you pay for it.
