What's your favorite security lab study book? Cisco Press or otherwise.

I haven't done the security track, but for R&S I would definitely recommend Internetwork Expert. The labs are great, the explanations following them are even better.

They released a security lab book recently - I'm sure it will be just as good, and don't let the low price put you off.

I did a UK bootcamp a while ago but failed a few too many times and took a 10 month break.

When I came back to study I used the internetwork Expert labbook for 5 weeks and fluked a pass. I only got round to completing the first 5/20 labs.
