| I have just passed the new format cciew exam with 77%, it was overall very fair exam, and topics were well balanced in each catagories covered in exam, used all known books Doyle/Halabi/Kenedy etc. what helped the most was ccie online resourse, BOSON test1 did help.
On to the LAB now. | |

| Thanks for congrats Haseeb, well i will at least give 10 months time for prep, I need some feed back for best lab preparing work book, and will try to build my home lab shared with my friend, this is really good news for people who are working in middle-east, that the lab is now so close to us with low cost traveling.

| Congratulations MKhan!.
Which CCIE did you pass, I will be getting my CCSP this weekend, Then I will start for the CCIE Security Written. Can you recomend me some books for this one?.

Could anyone out there, shed some light on how would RSS (Routing Switching specialisation) help for the CCIE written? Any RSS attenders?
