Heinz Ulm, who offers CCIE training, has a series of tests available for download:

The download consists of 5 tests (Word docs, approx. 25 ?s/test), which are all questions (i.e., you have to research the answers).

The tests focus on R & S, but have a Security overlap. His teaching seems to be well-regarded.
