printing runnig-config, startup-config...

| Hey guys. How can I print the running-config of a router so that I can have a hardcopy of it? Thanks in advance. | |

| You can capture it first in a text file, or tftp it to a tftp server, then you open this file using WordPad or Notepad, and print it.
Does that answer your question?
If you want to print it directly from the router, this won't be possible unless you are using a terminal emulation program that can catpure to a printer, in that case, you first issue "sh run" command in the router, then from the main menu of your software, select "Capture to Printer", then press enter in the terminal window... this shall do it. | |
