Cisco parter specializations is activated for 2 years . I want to ask you guys if you are working for a cisco partner and if they are using your cisco ID for 2 cisco specializations programm lets say security or dsl or telephony or wireless lan or any other and before 2 years you get job with some other cisco partners and they want to use your Cisco ID for their specialization so will they be able to use your cisco ID if you take your id from current partners if yes then it will effect on the curent status of 1st partner or not which is allready has specialization from cisco because they will be using your cisco ID for 2 years and you are quiting from them before 1 year .

As long as you are not CCIE, the 2nd partner can use any of your specialisation to apply for specialisation and the 1st partner has 4 months buffer period to find replacement.

If you are CCIE, then the 2nd partner cannot use your specialisation or your CCIE title until 365 days after you leave your 1st partner.

All the detail about partner qualification are on the Cisco partner web page and you need CCO logon to see it.

so this means that the 2nd partner can not use your cisco ID to apply for any cisco specialization for atleast 4 months ? They have to wait untill the other partner gets someone else or wait 4 months ?

No, the 2nd partner don't have to wait.

Quote directly from Cisco Partner web site:

30. What happens if someone leaves a certified partner who has helped that partner meet the requirements?
If the loss of a Certified individual who is performing in one of the required Specialization roles takes a partner below the number required for a Specialization, the partner must notify Cisco of non-compliance with Specialization requirements within 30 days of the event. The partner will then be given 4 months from the time of notification to replace missing individual in order to avoid losing the Specialization (and, potentially, the current Certification level).

If a partner hires a qualified CCIE away from another Certified Partner, Cisco will not count this CCIE toward a Specialization for the hiring partner for a period of 12 months from the date of hire.
