In www.cisco.com is their any forum where people explain their problems and TAC engineers reply to those posts . I want to study those cases . I have CCO login kindly tell me the exact link for that.

to approach cisco TAC, you might need smartnet contract, so they will answer your problems/queries/suggestions back & forth either thru an e-mail or by calling you on phone.

there is a cisco forum requires CCO access to talk about problems and solutions.

It's not quite the same, but you can look at the Open Forum. Anyone can post questions, and CCIEs answer them. TAC cases aren't really publicly available when you consider how much private information they typically have in there.
