| Has anyone here used Single Router Mode Redunancy as opposed to HSRP for internal MSFC reduncancy in a 6500?
Any preference for one over the other. I've always done this with HSRP before, and I'm considering using SRM to simplify things. I'm concerned about the impact that the OSPF reconvergence will have on the second MSFC though it should be VERY slight since this is a small network. I'm wondering if anyone else has felt that the slower reconvergence is worth the decreased complexity.
Any input appreciated.
