CCIE - LS1010 Help!?

I am trying to config an LS1010 but having a hellva time. I know that this is a switch, but I am totally new to ATM. Are there some dummy documents out there to help me in this?

I have the mentality that it is like a cat5, but that won't fly. Any help for an ATM novice?

I just did a search on cisco`s site for LS1010 configuration and got several hits.
Most were for specific issues but had sample configurations.
You have probably looked there already but just in case you hadn`t its a great resource
