Any suggestions on CCIE written study material

Hello,

I recently started studying for the CCIE. I've already read a few books in the CCIE Professional Development series, but I'm looking for anybody's advice on what could be considered essential reading for the written.

Thanks for the help and I'd appreciate as many opinions as people are willing to give.

P.S. what are some good sites to buy used books from, all mine thus far have been new.
