| I heard the ccna is going to be updated with a different version some time in March? I was wondering because I am fixing to take it in a few weaks. I need to know because the updated ver. is suposed to have more swiching and v-lan stuff on it. I need to know because I want to take the older version which I have been studying for so I know if I need to cram for it | |

| Ever year or two cisco up dates their test to keep their test up to date with the latest tecnology and to get rid of or include less tecnologies that have been relivent in the past such as novel and putting more relivent tecnologies such as V-LANs and switches. This is done to ensure the cisco test is keept relivant and an employer that the employe is up to date. That is why certifications expire. Most of the subjects stay the same such as rip, igrp ect.. So most of the content is the same but other ishuse could be more extensively covered such as swiching. |
