CCIE - security lab workbook

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with ccie security lab workbooks from any of the following,

hellocomputers
ccbootcamp (network learning)
ipexpert

Is there anybody else?

I was thinking of getting the workbook and some lab time, but they are damn expensive.. jeee.. $500 for a book not to mention the lab time. So, I wanna make sure I get the best one of these.. Really confused on which one I shall choose
