Mentortech is bankrupt and Caslow has a new company at www.netmasterclass.net.

I would go with Caslow's training.

Just an info, beside those prep. lab you mention above, there is another one which is I believe free, _IF_ you are working at Cisco Partner company.
It is ASET program, see the URL at partner link of cisco.com

By skillful use of contacts within the company I work for, I managed to get an hour with a CCIE working at Cisco in Melbourne before I went on holidays. Unfortunately, he'd only done the 2 day lab (I think he passed some time in 1997,) but he was still some use. The upshot of all of this is that he was going to try and get me some time in what Cisco call the 'ccie incubator' which is basically a few well-configured racks full of routing gear that you can practice CCIE-type scenarios on.

Anybody working for a Cisco trading partner would be well advised to call Cisco and ask about the possibilities of doing something similar, AFAIK it's free.

If you have a local Cisco office in your area, call them. Depending on local policies they might be able to let you in their lab for studies.

My local office here will let me schedule one (full) day a week. Eventhough I have a rack, I believe it's quite useful to work on other racks.

More access means better preparation. Especially for the hard to get items like voice and atm.
