CCIE - CCDA necessary?

Hi - just a quick question about the CCDA. Do those of you actively working towards your CCIE feel that the CCDA/DP something worth studying and/or testing in before the CCIE studies start or should I just go from the CCNP into CCIE?

IMHO, if your target is CCIE written,it is not really necessary to do CCDA. It's more worthwhile to invest your effort on Campus ATM and SNAM as they are not covered in CCNP.

For my case, they constitute about 15--20 questions on CCIE.

Know OSPF inside out, abt 8 questions and BGP will constitue about 3 questions.
