| Hi
I'm presuming that you've a console connection set up and that you are not telnetting to the box? You need to use the "download serial" command.
Open a hyperterminal connection to your switch. Once it's open, get to enable mode, and type "download serial"
Now click on the "Transfer" menu item within hyperterminal, and select "Send File". You'll have to select the protocol u wish to use, in addition to selecting the location of the image file you want to upload.
It may help speed things up if you increase the speed of the console baud rate, in addition to the speed of your com port. Hope this helps
