CID a good prep for CCIE written?

| I recently have taken the CID exam for my CCDP, and I had heard that it was a good preparation for the CCIE written exam from a couple of different friends who have already taken it. I was just wondering what everyone else's experiences are with the written exam. Is the CID exam a good warm-up for it?
I'm taking the written in about 2 weeks, and my curiousity was peeked by my friends who already took it.
Thanks!

| For me, the CID exam wasn't all that difficult, but there were areas that I thought were somewhat troublesome. The hardest area for me personally were the SNA questions as I have had no experience with SNA in the workplace at all. I had a good number of questions requiring extensive knowledge of SNA and all the supporting technologies which made things more difficult than I had anticipated.
The exam is pretty easy besides that, but then again, I have had experience with everything else on the test. That really has a lot to do with it.
Good luck on your exam!
