Cisco Telnet Breach

Cisco Systems has released Security Advisory: VPN3000 Concentrator TELNET
Vulnerability. This vulnerability occurs because the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) or
regular telnet session does not disconnect after repeated failed attempts. The system
keeps trying to interpret the data coming in on the SSL or regular telnet port. Data
coming in at an uncontrolled rate can then flood the telnet queues causing a shortage
of memory on the system resulting in a reboot. Additional information regarding this
