| I just want to know, what methode to connect two site/office (or two router )that separate by atlantic ocean.
I know ISDN,we provide the router
the Telco provide the line (NT1). am I right ?
and we can use modem, dial up or via ISP.
what about other ?
what choices of media/connection do we have ?
VSAT,Modem,satellite ?
maybe we know about router interfaces
but what to connect to?
do we must always rely on telco equipment/connection?

| Not sure how large these offices are, but for most the only economical option is setting up a VPN over the Internet. | |

| Not if you include performance,QOS & security in the equation. An Internet VPN is easy to set up but you have to take the above factors into account. If all you want to do is email between the sites then yes it is probably a good option but for general network connectivity no way(not yet at least maybe in a few years). Depending on what the business wants to do over the network a simple frame relay connection or maybe some sort of ip net type connectivity would probably be the prefered option taking into account the price/performance factor.
