| Well here goes forum buddies; I am finally going to attempt this exam Saturday at 9:15 central time. I feel extremely confident after completing the cvoice just a month ago along with Caslow book, Todd ccie written book, question from the ccnp, ccdp and of course Token Ring paper. For the next 4 days I have will be reviewing at least 3hrs minimum (no sports) with hopes of passing this exams before going on vacation. | |

Not reading the question carefully, usually missing a negatory comment, like mistaking "which of these are true" for "which of these are not true." This is why I always go back through the questions if given the opportunity. It's not that I necessarily question my knowledge of the subject, but I question my reading of the question. On an exam the length of the written I almost always find 1 question that I misread and usually it's more like 2 or 3.

| Like madchef says, not reading the question carefully. And I found I rushed thorugh, when in fact I had loads of time for review. Remember, you have two hours, so review, review, and review again until you are satisfied that you have covered everything
Best of luck! | |

| I will be tackling the written test on Saturday and speaking of the DRAKE test. I am now reviewing the ospf , bgp, eigrp , routing concept , RIF ( I hate this topic) , SRB and multicast. After that review over with boson, todd’s question and call it quits for tonight. Oh yeah I can across a question concerning bgp field. What field in BGP packet is 16bits? Now this question I know, however the group may also enjoy this one. For a proxy response to occur the destination node must be in _____ cache. This question refers to a SRB technology. | |
