CCIE R/S written, anyone?

| Anyone have taken the CCIE R/S written, what books and resource are you used?
And what is you comment on the exams?
And how are you going to prepare for the lab as ATM & Voice have added to the lab. It is a disaster for me as I have no way to afford all the require equipments for practice?
