| Hello all. I was looking into the server+ exam around Christmass as it's the only exam I feel confident enough to pass. I heard the exam is a lot like the A+ except a little more advanced of course. I have my A+ and scored in the high 600's on both portions of the test. I currently have the 001 study guide and am aware that the test has changed to 002. I was thinking about buying the 002 study guide from Comptia. Does anyone know what the differences are between 001 and 002. And is the exam difficult?

| The CompTIA study guide specifically covers the differences between the two exams. money well spent.
The exam is no walk in the park. It is targeted at the technician with 2 years of SERVER experience. It's got some good(?) scenerio questions. SCSI & RAID pretty deep. Backup & recovery. Server room experience is a big plus for this exam.

| Wow, thanks a lot for the reply. Helpful indeed.
Would you say it is much harder than the Net+?
