| That's good to hear! You've gotten a reprieve from having to cough up extra money for a retake. Plus, chalk one up for customer service over at Prometric. Good luck on your second attempt! | |

| UPS:
- In general anything that draws power that can cause a low voltage on the UPS is not recommended, such as Laser Printers.
- If you have a small UPS, you may want to configure Power Manger so the UPS can last longer.
SCSI:
- Install external device with internal device on the same chain, make sure the terminator is removed on the SCSI adaptor.
- Know that external connecters are 50 centronic, DB25 F and 68 pins.
I got some of them wrong myself... | |

| Go to Google.com and type in "SCSI tutorials" and "UPS tutorials" and you should get a lot of helpful hits for studying. Good luck. | |

| Sorry it was so loud for you. Best of luck on your next attempt. If it's too loud again request some cotton or earmuffs for your ears.
Just a little joke. | |
