Where I missed the most here is my scores

1: Installation 9/14

2: Configuration 10/15

3: Upgrading 7/10

4: Proactive maintenance 5/7

5: Enviroment 3/4

6: Troubleshooting and problem determination
14/20

7: Disaster recovery 8/10

Any suggestions or tips on how to study and clean up some of the failure parts. Or did I just get a set of bum questions. I had no OS questions a few tape questions and alot about scsi external subsystems alot of UPS and rack mount questions and very little upgrading.

By the way I called the testing center about the enviroment and they will let me know tommorrow whether they'll give me a retest or not they are seriously considering he said due to the secretary being involved.

Your's are about the same as mine:
that only my installation was 13/14 that is what I got passed on, in the same order, I got:
13/14, 11/15, 7/10, 6/7, 3/4, 15/20, 8/10.

The configuration portion, I had problem with Unix, I know that. Disaster portion, I know that I disagreed on where to put the tape. Troubleshooting and Problem determination was all scenario, I think. I got hit by a UPS problem that I had no clue either...

I got lucky, good luck to you!
