| Read the whole Server+ and took two notebooks full of notes. Reveiwed the notes thouroughly for a second Pass. My first 4 practice tests from the Server+ CD went as follows:
Exam A-77%
Exam B-80%
Exam C-75%
Exam D-81%
On the back of the book exam I missed only 10 out of 100 questions=90%
Just got cramsession study guide and been using note cards for tid-bits and last minute memorization. I have very good A+ and Network+ Knowlege...being as I teach it.
I have been studying Server+ for 6 weeks now but everyone keeps saying it is so hard study study study....so I have been.
I kinda feel I can pass it now.
How long did you guys study?
I don't want to over study this thing either.
How close was the exam to the Server+ practice CD's??? Easier, Harder, Close?
I'd appreaciate all passers input as we'll as people who have not passed it.
Thanks so much for listening everyone.

| every exam portion you takes should be at 85 -90% at least minumum. To be totally sure 90 to 95% is better more likelyhood you'll pass. I have seen it where the book is harder than the actual test. Like Microsoft A+ book. The test questions were almost server plus | |

| What's the CD from. If it's the one that came with the Server+ Bible, I wouldn't rely on the practice unless you're making in the 90s. Even then.....
I think the Boson or Exam Essentials test would be closer to the preparation for the real thing than the Server+ Bible CD. If it's from another book, I wouldn't know. | |

| The Server+ Bible CD test engin is made by Boson so that is good. I think Boson and Transcenders are the best practice tests.

| 70's and 80's on practice tests. You are pleased with that. Why not shoot for the moon. Then when you take the real thing, the odds are more in your favor. I would never take an IT test unless I am acing the practice exams (in the 90's). Also, I very much want to KNOW my stuff. BTW, I also teach A+. |
