| I just came back from the test after passing it. After answering the questions and reviewing the answers, I had a whole 8 minutes left. I guess I took my time on it.
I'm not going into details about the exam, but I will say this... Know your SCSI, memory issues and troubleshooting. If you don't, you'll just be throwing away your money. Especially in Canada where $199 U.S. is a whole lot more (aprox. $325 CDN).
I've been on here a lot and have noticed the one main theme about the exam; how poorly written it is. Now that I've actually seen it, I have to disagree. A couple of questions could have been written better, but for the most part, they were quite straight forward.
As to the subject matter of the exam. I believe that it was a fair exam. Remember that this test is not designed for someone coming straight into the industry. Background and experience definetly do pay off.
As for me, I'm getting ready to lay down the money for MCSE test 210 - W2K Professional. Hopefully within the next month I'll be writing it.
