Hello everyone:
I did some work for a customer with his W2k pro. after, rebooting the only password on the system, that he knows of, is not working, can't format HD. Need to know how find out what the real password is or create another one. Any cracks, special software? Please help.
Note: The work done on the PC was adding a cd burning software which I know 100% it is not related to my problem

Passwords are case sensitive. Are you sure that this is not a Cap Lock situation?

A good old DOS debug routine will the harddrive and allow a reformat
