| I'm going to take the Server+. Not because it will enhance my career (I already like what I do) but because it is there to be taken! I have always found CompTIA's tests to be 'fun' to study and relevant to the subject matter. IE I always learn something | |

| I agree with Rat. I will take it cause it's there and it's a CompTIA test that interests me and keeps my certification and test taking skills up to par.
I look forward to more books and websites, Server+ study guides,and questions.
IMHO I myself find CompTIA tests are more fun to study as opposed to MS tests. I also believe that employers will take CompTIA certs into consideration as long as there is experience to go along with. Also having MCSE or CCNA doesn't hurt

| Knowledge is Power!
A certification may help get you a job, but it is the knowlege that you can apply that will help you keep it. I am going to take this one, because i enjoy learning new things. I am a network administrator, and know most of this already, but looking at the comptia objectives, I noticed that i could use a brush up on some things. You don't always stay current with everything, because it is not alwasy relevant to you job. Studying fo these exams helps improve you overall knowledge, and I have found it gives you new insight into your job!!!

| The server+ exam has 80 questions with a 75% pass mark. This means that you need 60/80 questions correct. You can go back and forth through the questions and you have 90 minutes to complete the exam. Well hopes this helps someone. TIME TO FINISH CCNP | |

| The subject matter of the Server+ exam is wide, informative and refreshing. And I think that most techies would find it useful, especially those promising techies with limited experience with server-side technology. Reading lays down the foundation on which experience can build.
Personally, I give it the thumbs up and I'll take it.

| Scored a 75. I wish that I had scored higher. Anyways, this test was more difficult than the other Comptia's I've taken. The way the some of the questions are worded really leaves you scratching your head.

VN Publishing
Server+ Bible
Server+ Certification
Exam Cram
MS Training Kit
I consistently scored in the 85-95 range on all the tests in these books for the last month I've studied, so I figured I was ready. Anyways, onto the the next cert... | |
