Has anyone used "Site Server 3 Personalisation & Membership" by Robert Howard (Wrox) to help prepare for 70-057?

I want a decent guide to P&M, but reviewers of this book seem to be split 50-50, with some people singing its praises, while others say it's useless.

Any opinions?
