Does anyone know if this exam will be available for long? I was browsing at Amazon.com and I see that now they have books for FrontPage 2000, so I am not sure if I should study those or stick to FrontPage 98. Anybody have any suggestions?

Microsoft has yet to announce FP2000 exams, so it may be some time yet.

Personnaly I would recommend studying/taking the FP98 exam now, and not put it off until 2000 arrives. I my current job, FP2000 is the only development app used, but I scored it because of my knowledge of FP98.

When studying for the FP98 exam, keep clear of FP2000 material, as a number of things have changed, and it will only serve to confuse you. Getting your MCP in FP98 will give you a good grounding in FrontPage, and by the time FP2000 exam arrives, you will ace it.
