| Yes, I've read almost every news post on this from every interest angle there is.
What I find quite amusing, is SCO will be guilty of the same thing they are acusing IBM of if they can get a conviction on IBM.
BUT!!! they are willing to shut up & go away if IBM buys them out of all their Unix intelectual property. That offer was put on the table at the beginning of this.
I'm just waiting to see what the next chapter in this little soap is since the deadline for IBM to respond has passed.
SCO thought they had money troubles befor this. They really shot themselves in the foot here. |
